If your e-bike needs repair, follow these steps for a quick solution:

1. Identify the Problem

Check for common issues like battery, motor, or brake problems. Refer to your product manual for troubleshooting tips.

2. Contact Support

Reach out to us via email at support@okayebike.com, phone, or live chat. Provide your order number, problem details, and photos or videos if necessary.

3. Visit a Service Center

We’ll connect you with a certified OKAYEBIKE service center. If needed, we’ll guide you on how to send your e-bike for repair.

4. Repair & Return

Repairs usually take 5-7 business days. Your bike will be thoroughly inspected and tested before being returned.

5. 2-Year Warranty

All OKAYEBIKE purchases come with a 2-year warranty that covers repairs for manufacturing defects at no cost. Please contact us at support@okayebike.com to confirm if your issue is covered under warranty.
