  • Electrical component issues
  • Parts failure under normal use

2. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., tires, brakes, chains)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Accidental damage or collisions
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)

3. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@okayebike.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect.
  • Our support team will assess the problem and determine if it qualifies under warranty.
  • If approved, we will arrange for the necessary repairs or replacement of defective parts.

4. Warranty Repairs

  • If a repair is needed under warranty, we will connect you with a certified OKAYEBIKE service center. Shipping costs for warranty repairs may be covered depending on the issue and location.

5. Transferability

  • The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the e-bike.

6. Maintenance Responsibility

  • Regular maintenance is the owner’s responsibility. To keep your warranty valid, ensure you follow the recommended maintenance schedule provided in your user manual.
